30-day return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return on any unused item in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and the reason for return. We will email you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Start a return and place a new order. We will refund the returned item once it arrives.

Non-returnable items

Final-sale items, gift cards, and personalized products cannot be returned.
